Born and raised in in West Baltimore's Sandtown-Winchester community located in the 17th zone of the city, they’ve seen poverty and many drug related activities in their neighborhood. Sadly, their neighborhood also has limited resources, no recreational centers, or after school programs for the youth. Tripl3t currently resides on the east side of the city. Tripl3t gears his music towards the streets and sees himself as a product of the streets because without this experience he would not be who he is today. Having linked up with Team Bigga Rankin on "25 Years A Tripl3t" was a goal set and accomplished.
